has been said and written about what has been happening down under in Australia after the Sydney test match. Here's one article which provides something different. And something really scary. Is this the state of affairs that a gentleman's game has been reduced to? I,as a cricketer feel that the Aussies should feel guilty and ashamed of themselves even at the thought of picking up a cricket bat hereafter. They're not sportsman, but morons.

Tuesday, 08 January 2008

Sydney: It is believed that the Indian contingent at the Harbhajan Singh hearing on Sunday night repeatedly asked the Australians to think very carefully before going ahead with the “racism” charge against Harbhajan Singh, saying it was a serious charge that had repercussions “far beyond cricket”.

“We told them that it’s one thing to accuse a player of sledging, quite another to say he is racist,” said a source, “but they were insistent that he wanted to racially abuse Symonds.” While the Indian team has been upset a while over the umpiring decisions in Sydney, there is absolute outrage over the branding of Harbhajan as a racist. “If it is not taken back, it is a tag that could stay with him for the rest of his career,” said a team official. “He is still so young, it will come back to haunt him”.

Those few hoursThe hearing, conducted by ICC match referee Mike Procter (assisted by English lawyer Nigel Peters), lasted well over four hours and saw a series of cross-examinations by both parties. While Symonds made the charge, Harbhajan denied it. Of the four Aussies who turned up for Symonds, two (Ponting and Gilchrist) said they had heard nothing.

TV replays show only Matt Hayden had a realistic chance of overhearing the conversation, though both he and Michael Clarke backed Symonds’ charge. Umpires Bucknor and Benson and Tendulkar, batting with Harbhajan at the time, said they had heard nothing of the sort. Tendulkar said Harbhajan didn’t say it.

Hogg in the dock?Things apparently got a bit heated when the Australians accused Harbhajan of being a “repeat offender”, of using the same racial slur during the Mumbai ODI last year. The Indians then asked why the Australians hadn’t complained at the time, and then complained to Procter about Hogg calling an Indian player (reportedly Kumble) a “bas****”. “We did not file the complaint in the prescribed form but we did bring it to the notice of the match referee,” said Sridhar. An official complaint will be filed and it is believed there is audio proof of this charge.

Why didn’t you speak, Gilly? It is also believed that the examination went off tangent a couple of times. Ponting was apparently reminded that he had every reason to see Harbhajan out of the way, given that he virtually became Harbhajan’s bunny, while Gilchrist was asked why, when he was so particular about integrity, did he not indicate that Rahul Dravid’s pad and not bat touched the ball in India’s second innings — Dravid was declared caught behind, a shocking decision that probably changed the match. At these times, it is believed (though Procter could not be reached), that Procter intervened, asking they stick to what was being discussed. The Indians argued that in the absence of any back-up evidence (audio or video), this was being interpreted as one man’s word against another, so they had to prove that people’s integrity could be interpreted differently. “It was to no avail, even then, we were getting a sense of fighting a losing battle,” said a source.

Sham and shame“There was a feeling that this was a sham and a waste of our time, that the verdict had already been decided before it began and that Bhajji would be made an example of. Speed (ICC chief Malcolm) was in town and talked of a crackdown on anyone infringing on the spirit of the game. Procter was under fire for letting off Yuvraj (for standing his ground in Melbourne after being dismissed) and wanted to make a strong point.” While an ICC gag order means players cannot publicly speak of the hearing or what went on inside the room, it is understood that the team is particularly furious about Procter’s stating that he was “satisfied beyond reasonable doubt” that Harbhajan had sledged Symonds by using the word “monkey”. And, that he “meant it to offend on the basis of Symonds’ race or ethnic origin”.

Ref under scanner“Without audio or video proof, how could he be sure beyond all reasonable doubt?” asked a player. “Procter’s attitude also needs investigating then”. Some say Procter dealt with India roughly and indicated he “thought only one group was being honest” (and that wasn’t India), is being viewed as a clear questioning of the Indians’ integrity. The BCCI is in support of its players. In a statement, the Board said: “… (it) questions the very conduct of the hearing, as the Match Referee, before reaching his decision, disregarded the essential point of any inquiry, that it should be based on facts, rational, detached and objective.”

Wise words

Here's a verse (from one of my favourite songs) that I just can't seem to get out of my head. Might not be a bad idea to try it out...

Latest research by Italian scientists has shown that drinking wine can help prevent tooth decay, gum disease and sore throats.

Both red and white wines
contain some powerful germ killing ingredients. Drinking a glass of wine regularly can act as an effective agent against disease causing streptococci bacteria and upper respiratory tract infections, said a study published in the American Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

Moderate consumption of red wine
is already known to reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer's. Recent studies also show that drinking a glass of red wine every day can have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

But wine's antibacterial qualities, although well known by the ancient Romans, have been little investigated, said Italian researcher Gabriella Gazzani. Gazzani's team used bottles of supermarket Valpolicella and Pinot Nero for their research, pouring the wines into bowls containing bacteria, said the online edition of Daily Mail.

"Overall, our findings seem to indicate that wine can act as an effective anti-microbial agent against streptococci bacteria and upper respiratory tract infections," said Gazzani.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://parasharjoshi.blogspot.com/2007/07/sore-throat-drink-wine.html' title='Sore throat? There were quite a few things on the menu..I started off with the Alu & Fruit chaat, which was decent..something I'd not eaten anywhere earlier, followed by Spicy Potatoes in Coriander Sauce. Now this particular dish was a bit of a disappointment. The name and the looks of the dish were much better than the eventual taste. Interesting though..

In the main course I opted for the Mexican Grilled Fish,Kheema Mutter,Murg Roghani,Paneer Tikka Masala and Dum Alu. (Accompanied by butter naan of course)Now the Fish looked great, but was a tad undercooked. It took time to chew it,which wasnt very amusing. The Kheema Mutter was absolutely scintillating. Fantastic. I swear if they'd hidden the name of the dish I'd be fooled into thinking that it was a veg dish! Never eaten a veg dish which tasted so much like a non-veg one! The Murg Roghani was good, but on the oily side. Paneer tikka masala was on the sweeter side and again, oily. No spicy taste that is otherwise normally associated with this dish. The Dum Alu was again, pretty good. The gravy tasted great, the potatoes were well done. But again, the oil....

I rounded off with Walnut Cream Pie and Rasmalai. Now this Cream Pie is something I'd never had anywhere earlier, and it was interesting. A bit on the drier side, but the mashed akrod(walnut) tasted quite nice...a pleasant change from all the regular deserts..However it wasnt so good that I could be tempted for a 2nd piece.

All in all, another great food experience at Deccan Rendezvous...Which again compells me to think..Am I among the rare people who have had good experiences at this place? Btw,all this was in the Conference Hall upstairs and not in their restaurant-Glass Window. The service was also good, except for 1 problem...there were too many power cuts for my liking.

The phobia continues

I dont think this comes as a surprise..I declined yet another job. The 'job phobia' among other things, continues. I'm reaching new heights in declining jobs and my latest feat amazes me myself. Left me speechless...Can't imagine the state of affairs I've been reduced to.

Anyways, had a short trip to Mumbai yesterday. Aah Mumbai!! My City of Dreams...Just stepping into that city gives me goosebumps...I end up getting lost...lost in a maze of dreams and aspirations...broken ones and the ones still to be achieved (or broken).

Meanwhile, paid a visit to place by the name of "DP's fast food" at Matunga...pretty popular place..the food was good...but the service was terrible. Very rude waiters. He actually held the bill in front of me and waved it indicating us to pay and leave. I'll only recommend people to go in for Home delivery at that place. Btw,the 'Schezwan Dosa' was pretty good. I spent most of today and yesterday and many such yesterdays being horribly worried and scared stiff about getting into a job once again. I'm so so apprehensive about it,that its kinda impossible to describe it in words. A second stint/comeback...call it what you want, but any amount of words wont change the basic truth..and that is that I'm about to step into the minefield once again. The previous minefield left me seriously wounded and handicapped...who knows what this one might do.

Anyways, forget about that. This is one such topic which, even if debated in parliament, wont come to an end. Let's move on to something else. For instance, what other things I did today. One of them, something that took up almost the entire day,was shopping. Pyramyd has announced a denim festival in which they are offering a reasonable discount on casuals, coupled with a gift voucher which can be redeemed for a pair of sunglasses. I spent most of the day availing of this facility. However I was pretty disappointed with the sunglasses. Hardly any range to choose from. As expected ,the Pyramyd people have been cunning in their plans and its execution.

Anyways, the shopping left me really exhausted. Had a very late lunch at Mona Foods. Ate chola bhatura. twas nice...something that I had wanted to do since quite some time. Although I must confess,I had heard lots about it (good things) from people and so I'd gone with high expectations, and they weren't entirely fulfilled. I felt that it was good...decent...but somehow I had the feeling..some kind of intuition that there must be other places too which match up to this place wrt chola bhatura..

Okay that's enough for today. I'm worried sick about tomorrow. Cant write anymore. Gotta sleep. Or atleast try to...

Now get paid for reading SMSes...It's true!!!

3 IITians have come up with a whole new revolutionary concept that will change the future of telecom advertising and marketing...Here is what it is.

mGinger.com pays you to read ads on your cellphone!

These ads are only about your interests. Not only that, you get to decide when you want these ads. ie...you can receive these ads at your convenience and also get paid for it!!!

Based on my calculations I can easily make enough money to free up my cell phone bill.

This is a revolutionary concept that has been introduced in India and which will change the face of mobile and telecom advertising soon. Yum!!

The title says it all....Deserts!! oh wow!! They are just yummy!! Truly a fitting way to complete a good meal. Something that can by itself, take a meal from being 'good' to 'great'!!

I had just the kind of experience tonight. The meal was a decent one...the paneer tikka masala was okay, nothing to brag about. The chicken banjara was good enough. The dahi wada was really good,so was the Russian salad. The lack of time prevented me from trying out the Mutton Curry and the Roasted chicken and I decided to directly skip to the deserts. And why wouldnt I? Esp. since I'd seen before hand that there was gonna be Chocolate Souffle!! And it was AWESOME!! Unlike any other I've ever eaten. It was just too good. I ended up having 5 helpings of the Souffle!! Ultimately the catering staff ran out of Souffle so they had to get a fresh stock just to cater to my unending requests! Many of us have been mere spectators during the times when horrific incidents have happened and numerous countrymen have endured tremendous pain and suffering. There have been people who have actively taken up the initiative to help out affected citizens in whatever way they can. There have been others who have tried their best in an indirect manner to help out as much as they can. And then, there have been some who have simply watched things unfold from the sidelines. They read about such things in the newspaper, watch reports on TV and thats the end of it. They do nothing else. Either they are too involved in their own life and dont care about their own country and their countrymen,or they think that nothing can be done about the situation. They believe that the Government or the concerned authorities will do it. And I am sad to say that a majority of the people (especially the youth) constitute the 3rd category.

I'm not at all blaming anyone or pointing fingers at anyone. All I wish for,and I'm sure it is the same what all of you wish for too...is a progressive India that is driven by fresh minds,is free from corruption, has religious harmony, responsible citizens and a solid foundation of youth. Let us dream of an India which will proudly surge forward in all areas,be it Technology,Manufacturing,Agriculture,Medicine,etc...And importantly, let us dream about making these things happen. Let us look at realising this dream and not just letting it remain a distant hope.

Naturally the question arises, how can this be achieved? Well, the answer is there right in front of us. The power of YOUTH is unmatched. Fresh minds, modern thinking, aggressiveness, intolerance towards injustice, ability to stand up and be counted, etc are all qualities of us...the youth!!

It is WE who CAN make a difference. Obviously the task at hand seems to be unrealistic, even impossible. But if everyone pitches in,and does his own share of work in whatever way he can,it can be achieved step by step. Let every person decide which field he wants to contribute to and how. Once the decision has been made,he must persist with it and carry out his responsibility as best as he can. That should be his individual challenge. By winning numerous such individual challenges,we will then win a tussle. By winning numerous tussles,we will win a fight. By winning numerous fights,we will win a battle. And by winning numerous battles,we will finally win the war and realise our collective dream.

The process is very long, but we have to make a start. The sooner we start, the more are the chances of us realising our dream in our lifetime.

So today,on the occasion of our country's Independence Day,let us all pledge to do our share of work towards making India what she deserves to be. Let us pledge to free our country from the shackles of corruption, terrorism, injustice, casteism. Let us pray for the bravest of souls...our soldiers who fight for us. It is because they are awake, fighting the enemy, that we can sleep peacefully in our homes. Think of all the brave souls who laid down their life in the freedom movement. Let their sacrifice not go waste. Let us pledge to try as best as we can to contribute...directly/indirectly/financially... however. Remember, every kind of contribution is nevertheless a contribution.

As far as possible, please do not treat this email as simply a message to be forwarded to your friends. Please think over it for a minute and then forward it. Think about what you CAN do,not what you cannot do. Every one is empowered with something or the other. Promise yourself that you WILL do something or the other to make things better. Remember,EVERY person counts.

Jai Hind

Parashar Joshi
Proud to be an Indian

Waiting for 31st August!!!

I'm so bushed man...literally. This horrible schedule has really taken its toll on me. It's absolutely idiosyncratic. As if weekly changing shift timings weren't bad enough, these bastards just seem to get more and more merciless and crazy. Imagine, you are told in the middle of the week that your timing has been changed, and that the new timing is effective from the next day onwards. This just flared me up. What kind of behaviour is this? But no,there was still more to come. On the 3rd day of this abruptly-changed-shift timing-week,the cab driver arrives at your home 1 hour early and tells you that your shift has now been preponed by 1 hour. This was really the limit. Now I'd really had it with this bloody company. They call themselves a 'professional' company. Is this professional behaviour? In the first place, since they prepare the shift rosters on Saturday for the entire week, cant they have the courtesy to inform us of the changed timing on that day itself? How the hell can you allot a guy a certain weekly timing on Saturday and then change it abruptly on Tuesday?? Is this professionalism? The cab driver comes to your place and tells you that your timing has been changed again. Is this professionalism? Can't those assholes sitting in the administration department make a simple phone call to the employee and intimate them a few hours prior atleast?

Sorry, this is NOT professionalism. It is nowhere even close to being professionalism. This kind of behaviour is worthy of a stupid private primitive collection of workers who call themselves a 'company'. It is simply NOT the behaviour expected from a company who proclaims itself to be one of the top 5 companies of its kind in India.

I'm simply suffocating in this miserable environment. I know I have to SOMEHOW put up with this for 12 more days and the reason why I have to do it,but it's really really easier said than done. These past 4 weeks have really tossed and turned me around like anything. My heath is suffering like never before. Singing and riyaaz have been completely overshadowed. Mentally,I'm exploding inside...

Who am I...?

I look around everywhere and I see no one. No one like me. Everyone's different. Actually, the truth is that everyone's the same,I'm the one who's different. It just baffles me like crazy. I mean, what's wrong with me? How can it be that I just cant seem to fit in the scheme of things like other people do so easily? Am I totally insane? Or am I meant for other things, something else?

I mean, just take a look at this stupid poem. I find it absolutely insane and fuck shit. Whatever I went (and am going) through during this entire placement' process is the EXACT opposite (and more) of what is described in this bloody poem.

And when I look around,I find everyone's the same as described in this damn poem. I'm really bewildered.... I'm just so radically different from the crowd. I just cant somehow accept this kind of mindset. I mean, its just NOT me! I never ever dream of getting good 'placement',and then feeling on top of the world just bcoz my efforts have paid off, waiting dreamy eyed for that ever-so-important offer letter, desperately waiting to join that oh-so-wonderful company, and wondering when that day will finally come when I'll get my first ever paycheck. Bullshit!! To hell with the company and to hell with the paycheck. It's simply NOT my cup of tea.

Sorry,I'm simply not that kind of person who wants this and the likes of it. I'm not the 9 to 5 job kinda person. And I dunno why,but I've come to a point where I HATE people who are like that. Even if that person happens to be my better half. I DESPISE such people and their lives. My blood begins to boil when I hear people making statements like "Oh so you'll be getting your first salary!!" and "Oh so you've joined your new job!! you must be so happy!!"

I mean cant these people just take a break? Stupid fools.....I really pity such human beings.

Until this time,I used keep wondering endlessly what was wrong with me and why I wasn't like all these other people. But today I'm proud that I dont belong to this class of mediocre rats. I'm proud to be what I am.

And one thing is for certain, whatever happens of me in my life,I'll never change my path come what may.

Wish i could turn back time...

Today I realise just how right my Mom was....today even I would gladly give up 10 years of my life in return for 1 year of college life. I remember, whenever she used to say this I used to have a smirk on my face...I was totally certain then that I would NEVER EVER get to a point where I would make such statements. But how wrong I was...just 1 month after stepping out of college I find myself making the exact same statement...

Yes,I used to hate engg like hell. Yes,I used to long for that day when I'd be free of the shackles of engg. Yes,I used to be totally frustrated at having to go through the torturous semesters of engg. But today I realise just how narrow minded I was. I never ever looked on the positive side of being that engg environment....The other side of things.... My classmates, spending those precious moments in the college canteen, parking, bunking lectures....Addiction...discussing about cricket...the inter-college cricket tournaments every year....the pride of playing for your college...the disappointement of having lost close matches every year....preparing meticulously for Addiction...the feeling of eternal bliss after having performed well on stage...The only Traditional day where I'd dressedup as a Bhatjibua...I guess the list is endless.

What a fool I've been not to realise the value of these precious moments at the right time. Today I truly understand the meaning of the saying "You understand the value of something only when its no longer there". Wish I could go back in time and live it all again. And this time I'll live it the way it was meant to be. Somehow I dont quite know where I'm heading... And the fact that I have nothing constructive to do the whole day accentuates this fact. During college, atleast I used to be engaged in something or the other...be it lectures, pracs, project work or simply bunking lectures and goofing around in the college campus. But staying home the whole day with nothing to do is getting very boring. Time, days just pass by unknowingly.

I dont know what exactly it is that I'm feeling. Whether its some sort of boredom arising out of nothing to do, or dissatisfaction in whatever little that I'm involved in, or something else. But whatever it is,its really nagging me. I long for a meaningful existence, I long for direction in life, I long for the power to clear the cobwebs in my head.

Burgers galore!!

Well,I went to Burger King today after quite some time. It's huge (which is even better...) and has a variety of stuffings...sausages,chicken kheema and the regular sauces. (maybe I must have left out 1-2 stuffings...) But its really too good. The conclusion of the project oral has seen the end of college life. So now no more college, no more lectures, no more pracs and stupid submissions... Best of all,no more having to cram up tons of lessons on the eve of the exam !! hehe..:-)

Anyways, I discovered that I had pretty mixed feelings about getting done with engg and college. Knowing just how much I hate engg, I always felt that I would be very very relieved to finally step out of college...but I'm really surprised coz I feel otherwise.

Yeah,I still do hate engg and am really glad that finally it has been done with once and for all,but somehow I feel really sad about leaving the college,my classmates, the entire college atmosphere... I'm gonna miss those lectures, those annoying practicals which I NEVER EVER could understand, that stupid concept of submissions, hanging out in the parking lot,and tons of other things.

I guess I'm gonna miss hating engg...

How time flies!! It just doesn't feel like 4 years have passed since I stepped into PICT. Time really flies by and especially so if you're an engineering student. :-)
SE and TE seem to have passed by in a blur...and the first half of BE went in placements and seminars....and the second in projects...

Dunno about others, but I just can't help getting sentimental and emotional about the whole issue...

Why cant things just remain as they are? Why do things have to change? I guess I'm just not mentally prepared to accept the fact that college life is no more, goofing around with classmates is no more, and that I have to accept this change and move on with life. It just seems impossible. Wonder if and how I'll get used to it...

I guess this will probably be one of the saddest days of my life...and I'll forever regret the fact that my college life ended before I could truly understand and live college life the way it is meant to be. Reminds me of the time I left school.

And once again,I wish for the very same thing that I wished for at that time....
a Time machine.

The Maestro...

Sonu Nigam...the name itself is enough. This man is GOD. period. There are just 2 people on earth whom I idolise, one is Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and the other is Sonu Nigam.

Yeah sure, I immensely admire and respect singers of the yesteryears namely Mohd. Rafi and Kishorda, but for me personally, Sonuji is the definition of singing. He is where it begins and he is where it ends. His euphonious voice, his ability to bring in immense emotion and feel in the song, his excellent vocal range, his versatility are all par excellence. He's someone who's reaping the rewards of all his years of struggle and he deserves every single bit of it. Picking out my Sonu Nigam favourites is a tough job but still, here's my list of Sonuji's best songs:
1. Kal ho na ho - Kal ho na ho
2. Yeh bekhudi deewangi - Tumko na bhool payenge
3. Tanhayee - Dil chahta hai
4. Saathiya - Saathiya
5. Deewana tera - Deewana
6. Chanda ki doli - Chanda ki doli
7. Chup chup ke - Bunty aur babli

There are definitely many more...but these are the ones that came to mind instantly...

Sonu Nigam...a legend in the making. That's what The Pink Panther is. People may start making comparisons with the original one of the 60's.....but that's not a prob with me...coz I haven't seen the original!! hehe :-)

Anyways, Steve Martin is superb. Simply superb. He carries out the role of the dumb Inspector Clouseau brilliantly, in a way that only he can. The French accent, the sweet innocence behind his ever-increasing mistakes, his unique ways of investigation, etc etc make him extremely endearing. He's ably supported in the movie by Kevin Kline who plays the role of the Chief Inspector, along with Beyonce Knowles who plays the role of the international popstar Xania. The outcome is a total laugh riot right from the start to the end. In fact, there's hardly a minute (apart from the scene where Clouseau is arrested...) where there's nothing hilarious happening.

The movie is a DEFINITE worth see. Just sit tight and get ready to take off for the laugh riot of your life. How come it so happens that the right person is always left behind? Well, regarding Indian Idol 2, the questions initially started getting raised when Amey Date was voted out. And now today, Karunya ended up as the runner-up while Sandeep took the coveted first position and consequently, became the 2nd Indian Idol. That's pretty ironic. I felt really really bad for Karunya. It instantly brought back memories of the time when Amey was voted out. So all and all, Indian Idol 2 ended on a pretty depressing note for me. The journey has been the biggest roller coaster ride of my life. Just impossible to define in words. Dreams crashing to pieces, greatest depressions, insanity and madness creeping in, unable to let go of the Idol fever, trying to get back on my feet, making an effort to fight once again, to dare to dream once again, to mentally psyche myself and prepare myself for Indian Idol 3... and in the end finding out that a deserving guy doesn't win. End of Chapter. End of Indian Idol 2.

The next and only aim - Indian Idol 3.

Loneliness is always looking for a friend...

As the song by Westlife goes, "Loneliness is always looking for a friend, it found me once and has been around since then..."

I had a nice although lonely evening out tonite. It all began when some stupid fools decided to play loud blaring music nearby. The music was so loud that the cups and glasses were literally vibrating on the shelves. And the irony is that our local corporator's office is bang next to where the music was being played. I had to get out of the house, there was no choice.

Anyways,so I stepped out in darkness, courtesy of MSEB who works very fucking hard to provide us with ample electricity. Imagine, they actually provide us with electricity for 15-16 whole hours!!

Anyways, so I went to see Basic Instinct 2. The first thing about the movie that struck me was that...Sharon Stone is HOT!!! super sexy!! Well, the story is good, the suspense is good, but the twists in the tale are the best. Coupled with the fact that Sharon Stone has done a brilliant job portraying the character of a crazy novelist. Her eyes, facial expressions, body language, poise, seductive and manipulative ways and the way she carries herself throughout the film is too good. Her character is pivotal and she's done a brilliant job. There are also a few really bold yet witty dialogues which add some more spice to the film.

All and all, definitely worth a see. I find myself questioning the very purpose of life. I mean, what are we here for? Why are we here? Are we really here for a purpose as it is made out to be? Or is our existence just for the sake of it? Wish there were a system where one could choose whether he wants to be born or not.

Anyways, lets not get into hypothetical situations. All that we can do is face whatever comes our way. Easier said than done ain't it? In fact, very very easily said than done. There come those moments in life when you wish you could just stop everything, stop the journey there and then. You wish for some magical and miraculous power to end all your troubles either way: either by bettering things, or by putting an end to things once and for all.

And after a little while, when you're in a mood to contemplate, to look at things, to look at life from a different perspective, you cant help but think whether all of this happened for a reason. Whether all the hurdles, all the filthy abuse, all those situations where you wished you were dead, all those tears really were meant for a good cause. Were they meant to make you a stronger person? Really? Were they?

It's said that whatever happens, happens for a reason and happens for the better. So then is this miserable phase of life, all this suffering meant to help you in some way? If so,then how? Does anyone have an answer? Nope. The only way to find out is through the course of time. If at all you believe in this line of thinking that is...

Else you can just chuck this way of thinking out of the window and be of the opinion that life will never improve, that God is the biggest bastard ever, and that you're destined for suffering.

I've thoroughly experienced both these lines of thinking and have found out that ultimately, it's the way you're thinking that determines the way you're heading.

Indian Idol 2 - Please vote for Karunya!!

Hey for all the people reading this, please vote for Karunya so that he becomes the next Indian Idol.

As a former contestant of Indian Idol 2, I sincerely request people to consider singing as the number one priority and hence, to vote for the best - Karunya!! Live for the moment!!

Here I am!!

Well here's a blog of my own...finally!!! and as the saying goes, better late than never.
